New Bike Safety Check and Adjustment 30-day/150 km – Free
All bikes purchased from Urkai come with a free safety check where we restore factory settings and adjust gears and brakes that may have come out of tune from the cables settling in. Valid in store only.
Factory Tune-up & Safety Check – $79.95
This is your annual tune-up to keep your bike running like you first purchased it. We adjust brakes, gears, chain tension, lubricate the drivetrain, true your wheels (minor adjustments) brakes, rear wheel lock and go over about 50 points of checks and restore factory torque settings.
Factory Tune-Up with Hub Overhaul – $149.95
Your internal hub needs some love so it can return the favour and serve you well for many years to come, and manufactures recommend servicing every two years under regular use, so this is completed along with a full cleaning and lubrication and of course everything in the full Factory Tune-up and safety check. This is also a good choice if you have not serviced your bike in a while or if you ride through the winter.

Shop Rate per hour (billed in 15 minute blocks) – $60/hour
*Parts extra, parts will be installed only after your permission. Storage $3 per day after 5-day grace period.
