Due to COVID-related delays with carriers, smaller packages, including accessories, Brompton bikes, and Swifty or Xootr scooters typically take 3 – 5 business days, however, some orders may take up to 7 business days. Large bicycles from Azor, Bakfiets, Gazelle, and Pashley can take 1 - 3 weeks to ship Email is the best way to contact us. Please note that bikes are not reserved with a test ride. Reservations are only held with a purchase or deposit.


Can I get my bike serviced/repaired?

Yes, continue to service bikes we sold, but now by appointment only and with additional safety measures.

Are you renting bikes?

No. Not this year.

Are you opening another location?

Due to the COVID-19 virus, we have decided to postpone our new store location opening, but we will continue to operate normally online and by appointment from our current location for bicycle sales.
